Lower floor single room 2

This is a single (private) room on the lower floor of the villa. The bathroom is separate from the room and is shared with up to 3 fellow writers.
 
Cancellation Policy
If the writer cancels their attendance at the retreat up to 60 days before the retreat start date, Nostos guarantees a full refund. If the writer cancels their attendance up to 30 days before the retreat's start date, Nostos guarantees a 30% refund of the full retreat fee (deposit + registration fee). If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the retreat's start date, Nostos is unable to issue a refund. We advise the individual writer to seek out travel and event insurance for their own protection.
