Ground floor single with shared bathroom 1

This is a single (private) room on the ground floor of the villa. The bathroom is next to the room and shared with one fellow writer.
 
Cancellation Policy
If the writer cancels their attendance at the retreat up to 60 days before the retreat start date, Nostos guarantees a full refund. If the writer cancels their attendance up to 30 days before the retreat's start date, Nostos guarantees a 30% refund of the full retreat fee (deposit + registration fee). If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the retreat's start date, Nostos is unable to issue a refund. We advise the individual writer to seek out travel and event insurance for their own protection.
