Manuela Berlanga

For the past ten years, Manu Berlanga has been directing films in advertising, collaborating with major brands and bringing a meticulous eye to every stage of the creative process. She wrote and directed the award-winning documentary “Mothers: Diaries of a Quarantine” and the short film “Ana”, which together have earned over 18 festival awards. Now, she is working on her latest documentary, “Clitoris: What No One Taught Us”, a bold and groundbreaking exploration of the female body. Her personal projects consistently delve into the complexities of womanhood. With 12 years of corporate experience before transitioning to cinema in 2014, Berlanga developed a directing style that harmonizes artistic sensitivity with sharp team management. Her approach fosters organized, dynamic, and inspiring sets. To her, each project is a new journey, one that must always surpass the last.

Kathleen Rose Perkins

Kathleen Rose Perkins has been working as an actress in film and television for over twenty years, in projects such as Showtime’s Episodes, Disney Plus’s Doogie Kamealoha MD, and David Fincher’s Gone Girl. She has been writing for tv for over the last ten years, selling a comedy pilot to TNT, optioning another to Universal, and developing several others with Ron West at Thruline Entertainment. Kathleen is managed by Trademark Talent and repped by the Gersh Agency.

Craig Urquhart

Craig Urquhart is a Toronto and Seoul-based screenwriter and director. He has a BA in anthropology and linguistics,left a corporate career to work with and advocate for refugees, and is finishing his PhD in the Humanities.

Ksenia Tolmazin

Ksenia is a writer/director, born and raised in Moscow, Russia. She later moved to New York, where she was raised all over again—working a variety of jobs, including at a space tourism agency and as a personal assistant to an oligarch. With an MFA in Film, Ksenia writes dramedies featuring multi-faceted, conflicted yet lovable characters with complex relationships. Her goal is to make viewers cry and laugh at the same time, reminding them of the shared humanity that connects us all. Currently, Ksenia lives in LA with her teenage daughter.

Ambrose Eng

Ambrose Eng is locally known as a filmmaker and storyteller whose journey began through an inherited passion for videography. A graduate in Performing Arts and Creativity, he is drawn to stories that challenge the mind and stir the heart—particularly in the genres of drama, psychological thriller, political fiction, fantasy, and sci-fi. His creative works include Kumang (2023), a short film he co-wrote; and Wedding Stone (2024), a limited series he wrote and directed for TV Sarawak (TVS). In 2024, Ambrose directed and starred in Dreamweaver the Musical—a history-making musical theatre production in Borneo that celebrates cultural preservation through the traditional Sarawakian art of Songket weaving.

Laura Chick Reden

Laura Chick Reden is a screenwriter and author residing in Southern California with her husband and two daughters. She has written eleven novels, most notably The Tethered Soul series and The Phantom Reality series, while single-handedly managing every stage of their production—from cover art and formatting to special editions and publication. Her early love of video production and psychology naturally unfolded into the art of storytelling and screenwriting. Her work blends psychological depth with speculative imagination, exploring the unseen forces that shape the human experience.

Dietz Woehle

Born and raised in Telluride, CO, Dietz Woehle is a lifelong film lover. Some of his earliest memories come from sitting inside a dark theater or browsing the DVD shelves of a library in search of a movie. As a young man, Dietz spent 8 years working at his local theater just to be closer to film. Growing up in Telluride, Colorado, Dietz was offered access to the Telluride Film Fest, and started volunteering at the festival to get tickets. Begging at the Abel Gance theater, then as a hand at Showcorps, and then wherever needed around the festival. While he moved to LA in 2019 for school, he will always have a part of his heart and love for cinema in the mountains. In 2023, Dietz graduated from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. During his time at USC, he worked on film sets, learning practically every role.
